• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by nias4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To use the nias4d Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement enforced through identity verification procedures.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or listed on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account with nias4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and age verification requirements, nias4d implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You must provide valid identification documents upon request, including:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and residential address.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) issued within the last three months.
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document for facial verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

nias4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: No upper limit; however, individual transactions may be subject to bank-imposed limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes of confirmation.
• Deposit Source: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Fees: nias4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; larger amounts may be split into multiple transactions.
• Processing Time: Same-day processing during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), typically 15-30 minutes for major banks. Overnight requests are processed by 10:00 WIB the next business day. VIP Gold tier and above members receive priority 24/7 processing.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Fees: nias4d does not charge withdrawal fees.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

We are committed to preventing money laundering and comply with international AML regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and request source-of-funds documentation if unusual activity is detected.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by nias4d, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards, are subject to specific terms and conditions. Key provisions include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified Account holders who meet the minimum deposit and eligibility requirements specified for each promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and sports betting contributes 100%.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While a bonus is active, maximum bet per round is capped at Rp 25,000 for slots and Rp 100,000 for sports betting. Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to void bonuses and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rp 2,000,000, subject to 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, valid for 30 days from activation.

4.3 VIP Cashback

VIP tier members receive automatic weekly cashback on net losses ranging from 0.5% (Bronze) to 1.5% (Diamond). Cashback has no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports, are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted only if sufficient balance is available in your Account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change at any time before bet placement. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply.
• Settlement: Winning bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. We reserve the right to void bets if official results are unavailable or if the event is abandoned, canceled, or postponed.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds update in real-time. Connection delays or technical issues do not void accepted bets.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout per bet or accumulator is Rp 500,000,000. Potential winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and table games, use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. We do not manipulate game results.

5.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game outcome, our decision is final. You may contact customer support to request a review, and we will investigate in good faith.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems may occur.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds due to technical failures, bet settlement errors, or unauthorized Account access.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• In the event of a system malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds are void.
